Fried egg with spinach and cherry tomatoes snack

  • 1 egg  
  • 100g  of spinach 
  • 8 cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 tea spoon of olive oil 
  • Fry 1 egg in your frying pan on medium heat with a lid over it (fry for 4 mins if you prefer the egg to be runny, fry for 5 mins if you’d like it medium cooked or 5 mins if you prefer the egg hard cooked) 
  • Slice 8 cherry tomatoes in half  
  • Place ½ a cup of spinach on your plate with the fried egg on top and sprinkle cherry tomatoes on top
