Once you make your purchase, we will send a questionnaire where you can tell us about your goals, your health concerns and choose from a variety of diet types like Balanced, Vegetarian, Vegan, Ketogenic, and Carb-cycling.
Who is this for?
This is a personalised diet and nutrition plan designed to improve your health and speed up fitness results. Depending on what you are looking for and if you wish to incorporate this diet together with our exercise programs then you can choose the duration of this diet plan. We currently offer a diet plan for 8, 12, and 16 weeks.
For the duration of your nutrition program, you will have a personal nutritionist who will provide support and be there for you every time you wish to ask a question.
A diet needs to be re-analysed every 4-6 weeks, so to ensure your success during this diet we will re-analyse your calories and macro-nutrients every 4 weeks to ensure you continue to make progress. If your goal is to simply obtain a balanced diet then this is not a requirement. All these details will be established through our consultation questionnaire, or a video consultation if you prefer.
